Michael J. Colligan was a proud veteran and a native of Hamilton who served in the U.S. Army from 1945-1946. He was a successful funeral director who passed away on January 19, 1994. Organizations must submit a completed Grant Outcome Evaluation Report for a grant previously awarded before a new grant application will be considered.
